Snooze Police doesn't require an account, a login, or an email address to use the app. We don't collect personal data through the app itself. The only place personal information comes into play is when you make a purchase, and that's handled entirely by our payment provider.

We don't ask you to sign up, log in, or create a profile. We don't track your location, read your contacts, or access your messages. There's no ad tracking and no data sold to third parties, ever.

Snooze Police uses your device's camera to scan the QR code you place away from your bed. This scan happens entirely on your device — no photo or video is captured, stored, or sent anywhere. We simply read the code and unlock the alarm.

When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by a secure third-party payment provider, who acts as our merchant of record. This provider collects the information needed to complete your purchase, such as your email address and country (for tax purposes). We never see or store your card details — our payment provider handles this securely on our behalf.

Beyond the camera (for QR scanning), the app may request permissions related to alarms and notifications so it can wake you up reliably. These permissions are used only to make the app function as intended, and nothing tied to them is sent off your device.

Snooze Police is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group.

Since we don't collect or store personal data on our own servers, there's very little for us to secure on our end. Any information handled during payment is protected by our payment provider's own security measures.
